Jim Luck
Mr. Luck’s practice has included most areas of real estate law, including complex commercial litigation, title litigation and landlord/tenant litigation. Mr. Luck has been personally involved in commercial and residential real estate development as principal developer and has represented an array of clients in the real estate industry including developers, builders, title companies, private and commercial lenders, banks, brokers and sales agents, landlords and tenants, property owners and property owners associations, and oil and gas companies. Mr. Luck has counseled clients and supervised the closings of many commercial, residential, farm and ranch, and oil and gas transactions in the U. S., as well as internationally.
Mr. Luck represents local and cross-border purchasers seeking to acquire investment-grade luxury residential and/or resort properties in select countries; to-wit: United States (Texas), Italy, Spain, Mexico, Panama, and Costa Rica. Scope of service includes legal, financial, transactional negotiations and property selection. Other countries considered on a case-by-case basis.
