Passion & Purpose

Our passion is simplifying the tangle of legal, economic, and logistical issues that baffle most realtors and mystify most clients in cross border transactions.  Because many jurisdictions prohibit realtors from practicing law, buyers are often left to fend for themselves in a (to them) foreign country either at the mercy of the seller’s agent or wondering if their own agent is really working in their favor.

Simply stated, we love real estate deals; all kinds.  And, we have done just about every kind there is.  Now, our particular skill sets lend themselves to larger and unique transactions - those in which the property, or the location, or the people involved or all of the above, are unique and interesting to us.
